CORRIGENDUM

Amendments to the Reasons for Judgment of Northrop J delivered 5 September 1997:

In the third paragraph on page 12, delete:

            “By an amendment in section 9 of the Patents Act 1960, subsection 48(3) in its original form was deleted, but for present purposes the current paragraph 48(3) and subsection 54(4) have the same effect.”

and substitute with:

            “By an agreement in section 9 of the Patents Act 1960, subsection 48(3) in its original form was deleted, but for present purposes the former paragraph 48(3) and the current subsection 54(4) have the same effect.
