Amendment to the Reasons for Judgment of Justice Finn delivered on 30 June 1997.

     1.   Page 50, the last line of the first (incomplete) paragraph of that page, delete the word “Thomson” and replace it with the word “CAA”.

     2.   Page 176, first full sentence, the words “His oral evidence was that DITRD’s advice that price outweighed AII was fundamental ...” be deleted and replaced with “His oral evidence was that DITRD’s advice that AII outweighed price was fundamental ..”

     3.   Page 313, first full paragraph, third sentence, the words “But as I have found in Part V, it was DITRD’s advice that price outweighed AII that was fundamental ...” be deleted and replaced with “But as I have found in Part V, it was DITRD’s advice that AII outweighed price that was fundamental ...”
