          Page 7, paragraph 2, line 6 insert "readily available" after the words "perusing several hundred"

          Page 29, line 17 delete "just as much as does" and insert in lieu thereof "of the same quality as"

          Page 31, line 10 insert ", incorporated in December 1985 but only acquired by them in March 1986," after the words "the company".
