Orders should be changed to read:

          "Judgment be entered for the applicant in the sum of two hundred and sixty seven thousand, one hundred and ninety five dollars and 77 cents ($267,195.77), inclusive of interest, against the respondent."

          Para 2, line 1, "damages totalling $224,688.20" should read "damages totalling $219.688.20".

          Para 2, line 6, "(c)  Loss of profits for six months $31,152.00" should read "(c) Loss of profits for six months $26,152.00".

          Final paragraph, line 5, "interest rate to be added to the award of damages is $48,588.82" should read "interest to be added to the award of damages is $47,507.52".

          Final paragraph, line 7, "sum of $273,277, inclusive of interest", should read  "sum of $267,195.77, inclusive of interest".
