CORRIGENDUM
1 In the Reasons for Judgment of Mansfield J delivered on 2 December 2009:
(a) at para 61 line 4, delete the number “2009” and insert “2000” in lieu thereof.
2 In the Reasons for Judgment of Dowsett and Lander JJ delivered on 2 December 2009:
(a) at para 216 line 3, delete the letters “ARL” and insert the letters “AFL” in lieu thereof;
(b) at para 508 line 1, insert the word “not” after the word “decided”;
(c) at para 908 line 6, delete the number “200” and insert “2000” in lieu thereof;
(d) at para 958 line 1, delete the word “Optus” and insert “Foxtel” in lieu thereof;
(e) at para 1000 line 3, delete the word “not”;
(f) at para 1017 line 8, delete the letters “ARL” and insert the letters “AFL” in lieu thereof;
(g) at para 1045 line 6, delete the amount of “$300,000” and insert “$500,000” in lieu thereof; and
(h) delete the text in para 902 and insert “We now turn to the evidence.” in lieu thereof.
3 Delete any reference to “NSD 1330” and insert “NSD 1339” in lieu thereof.
