CORRIGENDUM
1. On page one of the Orders of the Court, above the words “Fourth Defendant”, delete “LEHMAN BROTHERS HOLDINGS INC” and replace with “LEHMAN BROTHERS ASIA HOLDINGS (IN LIQUIDATION)”.
2. On page one of the Orders of the Court, above the words “Fifth Defendant”, delete “LEHMAN BROTHERS ASIA HOLDINGS LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION)” and replace with “LEHMAN BROTHERS HOLDINGS INC”.
3. On page one of the Reasons for Judgment, above the words “Fourth Defendant”, delete “LEHMAN BROTHERS HOLDINGS INC” and replace with “LEHMAN BROTHERS ASIA HOLDINGS (IN LIQUIDATION)”.
