CORRIGENDUM

1.                  Delete par [58] and replace with the following:

            “The other claims, including that for “criminal negligence”, stand on a different footing.  They are unintelligible.  Mr Wills did not give any evidence or advance any basis to support them.”


2.                  In par [59], line 4, delete the words from “set aside” to “and the”  in the fifth line and insert:

            “varied so as to retain on foot only the appellant’s claims against the ABC for damages or on account of profits for its alleged infringement of his claimed copyright in the cinematographic material he has identified.  The …”
