CORRIGENDUM

 

1                     At the beginning of the third line of the quotation at [82] replace the words “may be” with the words “made with”.

2                     In the third line of [118], delete the word “were” after the words “and other fragments of glass”.

3                     The third sentence of the quotation at [222] should read:  “It seems to me that the fact that Doctor Melton is not now to give the evidence that Mr Peters plainly (and reasonably) thought she would give when he began his questioning of the accused provides no basis for excluding the record of interview.”
