CORRIGENDUM
1 In the Orders of the Court made on 10 August 2007 at Order 3 delete the word “applicant” and replace with the word “applicants”.
2 In paragraph 43 (the reasons of Emmett J), fourth line – delete the word “reasons” and replace with the word “regions”.
3 In paragraph 154 (the reasons of Dowsett J), first bullet point - delete the word “applicant” and replace with the word “applicants”.
4 In the appearances for the second respondent on the last page – delete “Ms L De Derrari” and replace with “Ms L De Ferrari”.
