1. In the cover page to the Reasons for Judgment of the Honourable Justices Ryan, Finkelstein and Gilmour and in paragraph 57 of the Reasons for Judgment of the Honourable Justice Finkelstein delete “Duffy v Super Centre Development Corporation Ltd[1976] 1 NSWR 382” and substitute “Duffy v Super Centre Development Corporation Ltd[1967] 1 NSWR 382”.
