In the aforementioned matter, the following amendments should be made to the judgment of his Honour Justice Downes:
- On page 59, paragraph 120, reference to ‘paragraph 17 above’ should in fact be reference to ‘paragraph 114 above’;
- On page 59, paragraph 121, reference to ‘paragraph 17 above’ should in fact be reference to ‘paragraph 114 above’.
