1                     In paragraph 14, replace the reference to s 78B of the Judiciary Act 1903 (Cth) with s 78A Judiciary Act 1903 (Cth).

2                     On page 19 of the judgment, Counsel for the Attorney-General should be listed as “Dr D M J Bennett QC, Solicitor-General for the Commonwealth with P Gray and B O’Donnell.”
