In the Reasons for Judgment of the Honourable Chief Justice Black and the Honourable Justices Hill and Finkelstein on 31 January 2003:

1 In the second line of the catchwords, at the reference to the Extradition Act, replace “1998” with ”1988”.

2 In the first line of the legislation judicially considered, at the reference to the Extradition Act, replace “1998” with ”1988”.

3 In paragraph 31, line 5, “distribution” should read “distinction” and in line 7, at the reference to the Extradition (Commonwealth Countries) Regulations, replace “1988” with “1998”.

4 In paragraph 80, “R v Governon of HM Prison; Ex parte Franco Barone” should read “R v Governor of HM Prison; Ex parte Franco Barone”.

5 In paragraph 88, “Steven” should read “Stephen”.
