CORRIGENDUM

 

Amendment to the Reasons for Judgment of the Honourable Justice Lindgren delivered on 28 August 2002:

 

At paragraph 110, line 11, delete the sentence:  “All goods must have a shape and a colour.” and substitute:

            “Nearly all goods, of their nature, have both a shape and a colour (gases, and, if “goods”, electricity, are exceptions).”
