CORRIGENDUM

In the Reasons for Judgment of the Honourable Justices Lee, Moore and Madgwick delivered 23 May 2002, the following changes are made:

1. On the Catchwords page insert the following for the name of the parties and file number:  GENNADIY LABARA AND MARYNA BILOUSOVA v MINISTER FOR IMMIGRATION & MULTICULTURAL AFFAIRS

N473 of 2001;

2. In Para 3 line 1, Para 7 lines 5, 8, Para 8 lines 2, 9, Para 17 line 1 and Para 21 line 4 insert “first” before “appellant”;

3. In Para 3 line 5 replace “applicant” with “first appellant”;

4. In Para 3 line 11 alter “appellant’s claim” to “appellants’ claim” and “appellant” to “appellants”;
5. In Para 7 lines 1, 4, 5, 9 and Para 8 line 5 insert “first” before “appellant’s”;

6. In Para 12 line 8 delete “be” and insert “the”;

7. In the appearances delete “Counsel for the Applicant:  Appeared in person” and insert “The appellants appeared in person”;

8. After “Date of Hearing:  9 November 2001” insert “Date of Written Submissions: 1 & 2 May 2002”;

9. After “Date of Judgment:” delete “22 May 2002” and insert “23 May 2002”.
